Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee repair and maintenance activities for company facilities throughout the assigned region.

  • Manage facility improvement and capital construction projects from planning through completion.

  • Supervise contractors and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

  • Conduct regular visits to company locations to assess facility conditions and identify maintenance needs.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to prioritize and complete projects.

  • Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with field operations and business partners.

Qualifications

  • Experience in facilities management, construction, project management, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Approximately 60% travel is required throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Nebraska, including overnight travel as needed.

  • Must be able to travel by both automobile and commercial airline.

  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
