About the role

As a Supervisor Clinic RN – Gastroenterology, you’ll lead and support a dynamic team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Medical Assistants (MAs) while shaping high-quality, patient-centered care in a specialized GI setting.

You’ll play a key role in reviewing clinical charts for accuracy, compliance, and quality, helping to uphold the highest standards of care and regulatory best practices.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of accredited school of registered nursing.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
  • Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Previous charge/lead nurse experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
