Position Summary
The Case Management Supervisor provides oversight to ensure members need are met by auditing cases, providing direction and reviewing cases with their staff. Supervisors conduct individual and team meetings, audit documentation and key measurements of each case manager and work to effectively manage their team for success. Supervisors meet regularly with their managers as well as participate in multiple level leadership meetings, departmental and interdepartmental committees and serve as leads for specialty caseloads and projects. Supervisors ultimately serve as back ups for all case managers. Supervisors provide leadership and subject matter expertise to the case managers.

Required Qualifications
Case Management Supervisor must be an Arizona Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing or a Social Worker with a minimum of 3 years case management experieince

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in psychology, special education or counseling

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $119,340.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
