An exciting summer internship opportunity awaits a detail oriented, technically savvy student to assist our Project Engineering Department with data entry and administrative tasks at our Augusta Nitrogen Facility beginning June 2024.

 

This is a temporary position open to students graduating high school in May 2024 or currently enrolled in a degree, diploma, or trades program.

 

Location: Augusta, Georgia

Term:   Summer 2024 June 3 - August 9 

Application Window: March 25, 2024 to April 12, 2024

 

What you will do:

  • Use provided computer tools to populate data into excel spreadsheets and import documents into the Nutrien’s Engineering Document Management System.
  • Scan and organize historical plant data and project information into a network share file.
  • Assist in filing hard copies of drawings as needed by Project Engineering staff.

 

What you will bring:

  • Graduating high school in May 2024 or currently enrolled in a degree, diploma, or trades program
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Willingness to complete assignments, take direction and learn new skills
  • Proficiency using standard Microsoft Microsoft Office software and Adobe applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Adobe Acrobat)
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, an aptitude for problem solving, and the ability to work in a team environment
