What this position is all about:
Chemical data management includes making necessary update on chemical structures and/or their associated registration data to ensure data integrity. This involves data analysis on compound registration information against our business rules.
What you would be responsible for:
- Prepare the spreadsheet for data update
- Make necessary correction using ChemAxon Compreg application and/or our web-based bulk update tool
- Document the QC procedure on Confluence and Jira
What experiences will you need:
- student pursuing studies in chemistry, and/or chemoinformatic
What sets you apart:
The preferred candidate would have demonstrated expertise in several of the following skills:
- Familiar with ChemOffice, Excel, SDF files
- Programming and scripting skills to analyze chemical structure and properties is plus
- Scripting / programming skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
