Department/Program Overview
We are seeking motivated, college-level interns to join our in-person Summer Marketing Internship Program in Wall, NJ. Interns will work closely with the marketing team on real campaigns, content, digital initiatives, and operational support.
This program is structured across three marketing tracks, and applicants should indicate which role they are applying for in their application.
Available Marketing Internship Tracks / Requirements:
1. Marketing Content & Thought Leadership Intern
This role focuses on writing, editing, and repurposing content across marketing campaigns, email, and social media channels.
Responsibilities include:
· Proofreading and editing campaign content
· Assisting with email and campaign copy
· Repurposing long-form content into short-form social media assets
· Writing social media captions and content snippets
· Supporting video script outlines and content planning
· Contributing to additional content-related projects throughout the summer
2. Digital Marketing Intern
This role supports the execution of digital marketing initiatives and performance tracking across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities include:
· Scheduling and publishing social media posts
· Designing and sending email campaigns using MailChimp
· Assisting with PowerPoint and DIGIDECK presentations
· Brainstorming, shooting, and editing video content for social media
· Supporting light design needs across digital channels
· Tracking and reporting on digital marketing analytics
· Contributing to additional digital marketing projects throughout the summer
3. Marketing Operations Intern
This role focuses on keeping marketing projects organized, coordinated, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
· Maintaining marketing timelines and project trackers
· Coordinating tasks across content and digital teams
· Taking meeting notes and tracking action items
· Supporting event and webinar logistics
· Tracking promotional inventory and campaign materials
· Documenting marketing processes and workflows
· Supporting mailing and shipping needs
· Contributing to additional marketing operations projects throughout the summer
Program Requirements
- Currently enrolled college students (marketing, communications, business, or related fields preferred)
- Rising Seniors (currently enrolled as Juniors) or Rising Juniors (currently enrolled as Sophomores)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in an in-office, team-based environment
- Interest in marketing and professional development
- Comfortable using Microsoft and other collaborative tools
