This position is for an intern who will be entering their Junior or higher year by the start of summer 2026, or pursuing a Master's degree but not graduating prior to August 2026.

This internship will be working in our RTX Corporate Supply Chain organization. This role will support cross-functional teams covering multiple business units in aspects of RTX Corporate Operations and Supply Chain.  

What You Will Do

The RTX Corporate Supply Chain organization supports product and non-product sourcing, supply chain risk, performance, analytics and tools as well as other strategic initiatives. The cross-functional team is comprised of key individuals within each RTX Business unit and this role will work in a matrixed organization.  Supply Chain Category reviews include, operational and spend analysis, development and execution of sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, supplier performance management & operational support. Measure of success include synergy and cost-savings initiatives, standard work development and improvements and leadership and support of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Pursuing a bachelor or master’s degree majoring in Engineering, supply chain, quality, operations or closely related field. Candidates must not graduate prior August 2026.
  • 30+ credits prior to starting the internship. Please submit a copy of your transcripts with your application.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
