Position Overview
As REsurety’s Operations Intern, you will support key initiatives, execute critical internal business functions, and deliver reporting and related valuation services to our customers. In this role, you will get exposure to operating a small to medium high-growth organization. Our team is fast-paced and has many moving parts. Specific responsibilities may vary based on experience and interest.
Key Responsibilities
- Support key initiatives set by REsurety’s COO and assist with various business operations activities, including Finance, HR, communications, and team social activities.
- You may have visibility to the following:
- Data Analytics and reporting; metrics and dashboarding
- Assist People Operations with ad hoc projects such as onboarding tasks and survey follow-up
- Research relevant career fairs/ university job fairs/conferences/publications
Qualifications
- Well-rounded corporate athlete, highly adaptable and flexible to the organization's changing needs.
- Background in Finance or People operations
- Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Must be registered with MassCEC
