Job Description:
The Mayborn Event Host plays a key role in creating positive experiences for guests at the museum. This position supports both private birthday parties and a variety of public and private museum events. Hosts are responsible for setup, guest interaction, basic event support, and post-event cleanup. This is a great opportunity for students who enjoy working with people and want hands-on experience in hospitality and events.
- Assist in planning, coordinating and helping with events as needed
- Deliver excellent customer services to clients and visitors
- Provide information and answer inquiries as needed
- Assist with various activities and tasks related to events and hospitality services
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
