Job Description
The Digital Wolf Pack Initiative is seeking creative, enthusiastic, and tech-savvy students to join our team. In this role, you will promote the use of technology, particularly iPads and associated apps, to enhance student engagement, learning, and productivity. You will do this by tabling at various events, providing hands on engagement with your peers, and creating digital content to be shared with your peers. You will act as liaisons between the program and the student body, organizing events, providing peer support, developing content for social media, and fostering a campus culture of innovation and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Serve as a representative for the DWPI at campus event workshops and on social media
Promote the use of technology including iPads and related digital tools to fellow students
Assist in organizing and hosting events such as personalization workshops, app tutorials, and tech showcases
Develop creative, engaging, and informative posts that highlight iPad features, student success stories and DWPI events
Provide peer support and answer questions about iPad functionality, apps, and troubleshooting
Gather feedback from students to inform future program developments
Maintain an approachable and enthusiastic presence to encourage participation in the DWPI
Record short tutorial videos, student interviews, or event recaps to showcase the impact of the DWPI
Collaborate with the DWPI team to strategize and plan social media campaigns
Collaborate with the DWPI team to create engaging promotional materials, including social media content
Assist in organizing and promoting in-person events on social media
Processes all technology returns in a timely manner, this involves logging all returned inventory after assessing condition and sending payment links to replace missing technology.
Processes inventory for redistribution, this involves cleaning the iPad and accessories, updating OS and device management configuration if needed.
Processes all buyout and graduation device management requests, oversees workflow stages
Manage the DWPI inbox by answering emails, flagging for response from other DWPI team members
Answer calls made to DWPI phone, taking detailed messages and coordinating follow up response if needed
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, suggest re-order when needed
Available during “office hours” to answer questions or triage requests
