Madison College is seeking a Student Services Coordinator to join our team in a limited term employment (LTE) opportunity. In this role, you’ll be a key player in helping current and prospective students navigate the challenges of college life with seamless and efficient support.
As a Student Services Coordinator, you will have the chance to work closely with professionals in diverse areas of Student Services, including Enrollment Services, Academic Advising, Counseling, Disability Services, Financial Aid, and more. This cross-functional experience will allow you to develop a broad skill set and gain valuable knowledge while making a real impact on student success.

Your responsibilities will include working with a team of coordinators, responding to inquiries, intake, triage, referrals, and scheduling appointments for various Madison College Student Affairs units.
Position Details:
- Schedule: This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, 52 weeks out of the year, with core hours Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, with occasional extended hours until 6:00pm on Mondays and Tuesdays.

- Employment: This is a limited term employment through April 7, 2026, employment is expected to end after this date.

Accountabilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact at the Student Services Center desk, providing professional and courteous service to all visitors.
- Conduct initial intake and triage to identify student needs and direct them to appropriate services or staff.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm student appointments using institutional systems.
- Respond to general inquiries related to the offices supported by the Student Support Services Team.
- Refer students to subject matter experts or specialized departments when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and process forms in accordance with college procedures
- Contributes to an inclusive, equitable and supportive environment where everyone at the institution feels valued, respected and empowered to reach their full potential.
- Performs other related duties within the scope of the position as required for the efficient operation of the division and to support institutional objectives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Basic knowledge of college departments and student services resources.
- Knowledge of student support services and campus resources to connect students with appropriate assistance.
- Skill in using student information systems and online platforms to assist with scheduling and basic navigation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and follow established procedures.
