This position will interact with software project managers, business leaders and operations stakeholders to track and deliver requested projects. The new technology and processes being delivered will have a direct impact on student and staff operations. The candidate will be highly organized and will work with different groups to understand business processes, gain requirements and track projects through completion. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain project timeframes, objectives, and communications with all departments impacted.

• Create and manage documentation and reports for projects.

• Identify the goals and requirements of each project

• Ability to understand varied software systems and how they interact with each other.

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Other duties as assigned.

Equipment Used and Responsibility:

• Proficient in computer technology, CRM system(s) and Microsoft Office applications

• Equipment and programs needed to function in the job.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field required.

• 1-2 years in a project focused environment

• Experience prioritizing projects based on business and IT timelines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skill

• Exceptional research and reporting skills

• Must pass employment background investigation.
