Intern — Petco Rx Strategy & Transformation

• Design and run a pilot program for proactively contacting pet parents about their prescription needs
• Write outreach scripts and objection-handling guides tailored to distinct customer personas
• Track conversion outcomes and package findings into a scalable playbook for ongoing operations
• Audit active CRM messages across email, SMS, and push to identify overlap or over-messaging risks
• Map the end-to-end customer message journey and design refreshed communications, including copy, visuals, and next best action logic
• Review and consolidate internal documentation in partnership with subject matter experts
• Publish a structured resource accessible to field and clinic partners across the organization

• Recent graduate or rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in business, strategy, marketing, or a related field
• MBA preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills — you can juggle multiple workstreams without dropping details
• Comfortable working with data and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Excellent communicator — written and verbal — who can work with cross-functional partners confidently
• Curious, proactive, and energized by ambiguity; you don't wait to be told what to do next
• Interest in retail, health, or consumer strategy is a plus
