About the team

The Strategic Ops and Central S&O team is Stripe’s secret sauce. This team focuses on our most critical and strategic cross-company projects. This ranges from being a key driver of Stripe’s overall Company Strategy to designing and running our company-wide operating system to owning key strategic projects in partnership with our senior-most leaders.

What you’ll do

Responsibilities

• Work on cross-cutting company strategy projects and collaborate with teams to implement changes
• Partner directly with senior leaders and cross functional teams to accelerate progress, solve hard scaling initiatives, and incubate new programs
• Obsess over our top company metrics, helping to surface and drive initiatives that will most move the needle for Stripe
• Design and implement complex business and operational systems and processes
• Drive analysis and research to help inform our overall strategy and make the right growth decisions for Stripe
• Be an integral part of yearly strategy and  company goal planning
• Track projects, timelines and commitments on internal projects and customer deliverables

Who you are

Minimum requirements

• You have 7+ years of relevant experience in a strategy consulting role
• You have a consistent track record of excellence leading and proactively managing end-to-end execution of projects/programs with complex stakeholder mappings
• You have a proven track record of delivering exceptional, quantifiable business impact
• You have experience in a highly strategic, analytical and operational role in fast-paced environments
• You have experience in product or project management, taking initiatives from conception to launch
• You are low ego and have a knack for working well with a wide range of people
• You excel in analytics and problem solving

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in a high growth technology company
• Experience in the payments space
