Who You Are:
Galaxy is seeking a highly motivated Strategy & Corporate Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role sits at the heart of our growth engine, where strategic planning, deal execution, and long-term value creation converge. You will play a key role in analyzing, structuring, and supporting strategic initiatives and partnerships across our business units, with a focus on digital assets, data centers, and emerging infrastructure trends.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and present actionable strategic recommendations for executive leadership across Galaxy's core verticals.
- Apply structured problem-solving and strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, value chain analysis) to complex business issues.
- Support the evaluation and execution of strategic transactions, including investments, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitive dynamics across the digital asset and data center ecosystems.
- Develop insights on emerging technologies, regulatory shifts, and macroeconomic drivers relevant to Galaxy’s strategy.
- Work closely with business unit leaders to identify strategic growth opportunities and evaluate performance against key initiatives.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and board materials that clearly communicate complex findings and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred but not required).
- 6–10 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or a corporate strategy/corporate development role.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute with operational precision.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, business case development, and strategic analysis.
- Strong communication skills with experience preparing materials for senior leadership.
- Passion for digital assets, fintech, infrastructure, and the evolving digital economy.
Bonus Points:
- Experience or exposure to digital assets, crypto markets, or data center infrastructure.
- Familiarity with best-practice frameworks from top-tier consulting or business school curricula.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
