The Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to advise and assist with the client’s strategic planning, policy, and business analysis with a focus on providing expert strategic- and operational-level assistance with the client’s mandate to synchronize GEOINT analytic activities and resources across the office and with partners.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Support office executive management, requirements, process, leadership, and reporting.
  • Provide business management or strategy support.
  • Support Mission Management strategy, development, and execution.
  • Develop strategy documentation and guidance to support office management processes.
  • Facilitate cross-office engagements and requirements planning needs.
  • Identify and provide support to business processes and improvements.
  • Provide business analytics, metrics, or other analysis to measure success.
  • Advise the government in establishing mission goals and objectives.  
  • Lead development of strategic planning, business analytics, and operational or performance assessments to help the office improve its mission and management.  
  • Facilitate or moderate daily, weekly, or monthly small to large senior-level groups for office activities across the NSG and ASG.
  • Advise office process management improvement recommendations and facilitate quality improvement efforts.  
  • Translate strategic directives or policy into operational specifications.  
  • Provide assessment and recommendations of new office policy or management changes.

You Have: 

  • 15+ years of experience in process improvement, business management, or strategy development
  • Experience with business analytics and metrics reporting, including program management concepts, processes, and execution
  • Experience facilitating multi-office, directorate-wide, and cross-organization engagements
  • Experience with intelligence product lines, production system or process, and data sets, including regional operational intelligence priorities, national strategic intelligence priorities, and decision-making processes
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Master’s degree in Business or Management and 1+ years of experience providing business management or strategy support, or 12+ years of experience providing business management or strategy support in lieu of a degree

  • Experience implementing strategic objectives and support implementation
  • Experience implementing effective business practices to increase productivity
  • Experience assisting with writing strategic plans, business policies, and business operation objectives
  • Experience working within a collaborative environment and engaging with multiple organizations and personnel
  • Experience gathering research and information from multiple resources and presenting findings in a formal report to senior leaders
  • Experience facilitating, negotiating, and compromising with customers and producers on project scope or deadlines  
  • Experience with the intelligence analysis and production process

Clearance:
