What you will do as a Store Shift Manager:                  

• Supervise staff, provide both corrective and positive feedback and assist with training.
• Conduct periodic, unannounced cash drawer audits, record and report results.
• Complete/submit the Daily Reconciliation Report, prepare monies for bank deposits, complete forms for daily banking, correct any discrepancies, verify all deliveries, scan merchandise into point-of-sale system, forward invoices to the Finance Department and assist in performing inventory control.

To be successful as a Shift Manager, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma.
• A Minimum of one year experience in a convenience store setting; previous supervisory experience preferred.
• To be at least 18 years old.
