We’re Hiring: Store Manager – Miner's Ace Hardware (San Luis Obispo County)

Miner’s Ace Hardware is looking for a driven, community-minded Store Manager to lead one of our San Luis Obispo County locations. If you lead by example, value exceptional customer service, and thrive in a hands-on retail environment, this role is for you.

Role Overview:
As Store Manager, you'll oversee daily store operations, drive sales, mentor your team, and ensure top-tier customer experiences. This leadership role requires enthusiasm, attention to detail, and the ability to build a positive, productive store culture that reflects the Miner’s mission and values.

Location: San Luis Obispo County
Salary Range: $70,000–$95,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, 45 hours/week, including weekends/holidays
Responsibilities Include:

• Full responsibility for store operations, team leadership, and performance
• Staff scheduling, development, and performance feedback
• Customer satisfaction, safety, and visual merchandising
