Store Experience Marketing Co-Op

The PSG Store Experience Marketing team is looking for a motivated and detailoriented CoOp who’s excited to gain realworld, handson experience in a corporate marketing and retail store environment. You’ll help support different store types in our Model Store while collaborating with crossfunctional teams and building skills that translate directly to careers in Marketing, Sales, Visual Merchandising and Customer Experience. 

Additional Information: 

• Ability to work 20-25 hours per week during the academic year and 37.5 hours per week during the Summer. Must have availability to work long-term (12+ months) 

• This role is not remote/hybrid. This role will report to the Model Store in Brook Park, OH and Headquarters in Cleveland, OH. 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

• Contribute to the planning and execution of instore marketing initiatives within a corporate marketing team  

• Support the daytoday upkeep of the Model Store by executing planograms, pricing updates, signage prototypes, and visual standards  

• Help install and test both prototype and existing store displays  

• Gain exposure to corporate marketing operations by assisting with administrative tasks such as proofing signage and pricing drafts, publishing field communications, create extensive store lists in Excel and manage digital files  

• Analyze instore program performance, assist with reporting, and contribute insights to help inform marketing and merchandising decisions  

• Support planning and setup for the annual National Sales Meeting Model Store  

• Organize and coordinate assets, materials, and timelines for timesensitive promotions and store programs
