Position Summary

 

Our service professionals possess exceptional foresight and together, make up our reliable Site Services team. This team proactively identifies opportunities and solutions, often before we even realize what we need. As a Store Coordinator at our Employee Company Store, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while selling a range of products, including Purina and Nestlé items, Purina-branded merchandise, snacks, and other convenience goods. Your responsibilities will encompass various operational tasks, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

 

• Provide outstanding customer service at the register, addressing customer inquiries, and facilitating transactions efficiently
• Generate and manage purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely product check-ins and inventory management
• Execute store opening and closing procedures, which include maintaining cleanliness, securing the premises, and conducting financial reconciliations
• Stock merchandise on store shelves and assist in inventory management to maintain optimal product availability
• Process online orders for products, ensuring accuracy and prompt fulfillment

 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a retail customer service environment

 

Other

• 1+ years of experience in a stocking, inventory management, and/or warehouse roles is preferred
• Ability and willingness to lift up to 50lbs

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $27,000.00 to $36,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
