JOB SUMMARYUses analytics to provide detailed analysis of browser capability of selected domains, under occasional guidance. Performs statistical treatment to identify trends and events. Assists in implementing development projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs development, maintenance and governance of data architecture.
• Implements business logic at the lowest possible level of the organization.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
• Data Modeling (Novice): Possesses sufficient proficiency to successfully demonstrate the skill data modeling in applications of moderate difficulty. Generally works under the direction of others while accomplishing assignments. Knows how to integrate data modeling into an overall systems development methodology [SDM]. Is familiar with logical business data modeling using some of the prominent structured and object-oriented modeling methods. Knows the fundamental principles of conceptual data modeling using the leading Entity/Relationship Diagramming [ERD] methods.
• Data Mining (Novice): Has demonstrated an understanding of analysis methods, design concepts, data organization, business models, capabilities and limitations. Has used at least one of the state-of-the-art software tools best for implementing the method.
• Metadata Analysis (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate the skill in practical data analysis applications of moderate difficulty. Navigates within established technology environments to locate, validate, extract, and format data for data analysis. Able to modify and run queries and standard reports from data tools and provide to users. Can identify data values and data sources. Is familiar with data modeling. Is able to interview business customers to elicit data requirements and understand the relationships between data items. Collects historical and forecasted call data to use for scheduling and staffing.
• Statistical Analysis (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully apply statistical concepts in practical applications of moderate difficulty. Generally works under the direction of others while accomplishing assignments. Has retained equivalent knowledge from past experience.
