The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA), State Procurement Office (SPO), is seeking a strategic and analytical Statewide Compliance Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will empower state procurement operations by providing comprehensive support for the statewide procurement compliance program, coordinating communications and outreach to partner agencies with delegated procurement authority, and serving as a key contributor to SPO’s corrective action plan process. A primary focus of this position involves leveraging data analytics and innovative technology solutions to streamline and simplify the compliance reporting process. Additionally, you will play a direct role in shaping policy standards by contributing to the development of statewide Technical Bulletins and Standard Procedures that drive efficiency and transparency across state government.

- Responsible for various aspects of the statewide procurement compliance program. Responsibilities include support of the procurement compliance review process, especially developing and following up on corrective actions plans for both internal (State Procurement Office) and external (Agencies with Delegated Authority) compliance.
- Responsible for processing new and renewal of Delegations of Procurement Authority and completing training audits.
- Responsible for the procurement compliance reporting process. This includes leveraging available tools (including information technology and artificial intelligence tools) and knowledge (such as data analysis) to streamline and simplify the reporting process.
- Helps update and maintain the SPO Compliance web page, including procurement forms, documents, and Technical Bulletins and Standard Procedures that govern statewide procurement process.
