Stars Clinical Taskforce team is seeking a Lead to be responsible for cross-functional operational strategy across multiple programs. This individual will work closely with multiple internal and external business partners to ensure a comprehensive, connected operational strategy across multiple work teams. The Program Delivery Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity with wide-ranging experience to prioritize key objectives and solutions, understand efficiencies, and influence Stars strategy.

Location: Hybrid home (in office and home) Louisville, KY strongly preferred

The Program Delivery Lead develops programs designed to drive value-based relationships. Partners with leaders regarding implementation planning. Reviews and communicates results of programs.

• Prioritize strategic focus areas and make recommendations for cross-functional work teams through data-driven decision making

• Identify problems (internal and external) across a diverse scope and manage portfolio of solutions

• Develop and own portfolio management of engagement initiatives, implementing documentation, prioritization methods, and new procedures to create efficiency

• Competent to work independently at the most advanced level across multiple areas

• Effectively communicate strategy and influence partners to impact Stars through story telling

• Oversee current day to day operational functions, while mapping futuristic needs and enhancements (opportunities for process improvement, new technology (AI, APIs), CMS updates)

• Identify and communicate opportunities and risks to business partners and leadership to anticipate downstream impacts

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of operational strategy development, supporting program and/or product improvement

• Proficiency in evaluating complex data and using that data to tell a story and presenting it clearly

• Strong presentation skills

• Superb communication skills, written and verbal

• Strong organizational and people leadership experience

• Effective facilitator and influencer

Desired Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field

• Knowledge and experience in health care environment/managed care and/or Medicare Stars

• PMP certification a plus

• Six Sigma Certification also a plus

• Clinical certification

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$112,400 - $154,900 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
