We actively seek a Staffing Specialist, Contingent Workforce. The role will report directly to the Director, Global Contingent Workforce. This position will be based in the US and may work from a remote office.

Position Summary

As a member of our Global Contingent Workforce team, our Staffing Specialist will be responsible for full lifecycle Contingent Workforce requisitions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationships with hiring managers and agency vendors
• Understand the skills and background required, the impact of the role, and what constitutes an ideal fit
• Ensure a quality pool of candidates for every assigned requisition by using both vendors and self-sourcing strategies
• Manage the full lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including interview and rate negotiation with vendors and close candidates in a timely manner, additionally and proactively managing end date and awareness of extension needs aligned with business needs of manager
• Champion a positive candidate experience and effectively manage candidates throughout the process
• Facilitate required Vendor Management System functionality, to include requisition entry and candidate and contractor lifecycle workflows
• Manage contract extensions for assigned requisitions and client groups
• Administer guidance to contractors and managers for weekly time entry

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Experience

• 3 plus years min of Contingent Workforce program operations (preferred), Staffing/Recruiting, HR program operations and/or Talent Acquisition
• Experience working in software or technology services organizations preferred

Compensation is based on role, location, and level of applicable experience.  Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.

The general salary range for this type of role is 52k - 65k depending on skills and experience.
