Staffing Coordinator

• Onboarding candidates
  • Send onboarding docs/assist with completing
  • Send welcome paperwork and documents
  • Complete I9s and everify
  • Send new hire notices to proper internal departments
• Work closely with recruiters to assure all candidates are hired in the system correctly, efficiently and processed SAP #
• Create PHX accounts/reset PHX passwords
• Assist new hires with understanding and using Phoenix
• Assist new hires with any questions they may have or route question to appropriate team or person
• Per diem certification and annual recertification’s
• Mobilization and demobilization
• Creating and process change forms for employee changes in the system (pay rates, addresses, locations, managers, job titles etc)
• Utilize a group ticket system to solve and triage employee & system issues
• Audit requests
• Unemployment claims
• Employment Verifications
• Phoenix time entry
• Process exit packages and separations
• Assisting in employee relations issues
