Whether it's Data Democratization, 3rd Party Data Management, or Data Governance, you'll collaborate across departments to ensure we're delivering the data solutions that matter most.
You’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference, working alongside teams in Analytics, Engineering, Product, and various Business Units to solve complex challenges, align stakeholders, and see your projects through from start to finish.
- Lead Important Projects: You’ll spearhead key data initiatives, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and are executed efficiently across multiple teams.
- Collaborate and Influence: You'll work closely with diverse teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction, even without direct authority.
- Communicate at All Levels: From engineers to senior leadership, you’ll ensure clear, transparent communication about project progress, risks, and successes.
- Manage Risk: You’ll identify potential roadblocks early and develop effective plans to keep projects running smoothly.
- Shape Data Initiatives: You’ll have the chance to lead large-scale data programs like Data Governance and 3rd Party Data Management, driving real value for the company.
We’d love to chat if you have:
- Experience in Program Management: You’ve successfully led cross-functional programs before and understand how to deliver complex projects from concept to completion.
- A Talent for Collaboration: You excel at bringing teams together and making sure everyone is on the same page, even when they come from different parts of the business.
- A Strong Communicator: You can explain complex ideas in a way that’s easy to understand, whether you’re talking to technical teams or senior execs.
- An Eye for Risk: You know how to spot risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure nothing derails the project.
- Experience with Data Projects: If you’ve worked on data initiatives like Data Governance or large-scale data management, that’s a big plus.
Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below.
