What You Will Do

• Initiate, review and process the questionnaires (to conform to the 32 CFR part 117 National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual requirements) for National Security Positions.

• Update and maintain records in the government systems of record such as DISS/NBIS databases.

• Update and maintain personnel security records in all required internal company’s security databases.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant security experience.

• Secret Security Clearance Required on Day #1

Qualifications We Prefer

• Working knowledge of DISS, with additional experience in SWFT, eAPP, NBIS, and NISS.

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel with tact and professionalism.

• Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy.

• Must be flexible, able to multi-task, possess strong customer service skills, and the ability to function in a team environment.

• National Industrial Security Program experience and expertise.

• Working knowledge of the SEAD 3 requirements and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual.

• Work experience interacting / working with Defense Counterintelligence, Security Agency and/or other Cognizant Security Agency personnel.

The salary range for this role is 50,000 USD - 100,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
