We are looking for a Senior Systems Integrity and Process Manager with product operations, release management, system implementation, program management, consulting and/or rideshare/automotive experience. In this position, you will collaborate with Commercial Operations, IT, Engineering, Market Development, Infrastructure, Systems Engineering and Product to oversee and track commercial operations impacting software releases and drive reliability and stability improvements. In this role you will be accountable for signing-off on any new releases and driving strategic improvements to our release & change management procedures.
This is a hybrid role located in San Francisco, CA.
What you’ll be doing:

Lead cross-functional working groups to develop and implement robust testing frameworks to support new system capabilities

Work with product engineering and infrastructure engineering counterparts to understand upcoming changes and approve test plans

Coordinate the implementation, testing and communication strategy for upcoming releases with operations stakeholders

Have a breadth of understanding of different internal commercial systems at Cruise and serve as main ops point of contact for systems reliability and stability issues

Participate in root cause analysis and product improvement initiatives with product engineering

Analyze past performance (release, incidents, bugs) to identify trends/opportunities for improvement
What you must have:

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field
-
6+ years of professional work experience in system implementation, technical program management, release management, quality assurance, product operations and (or) systems engineering

Ability to navigate ambiguity, complexity and operate independently

Experience communicating with executives

Effective collaboration abilities

Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets

MBA or advanced degree

Experience leading teams

Experience with queries and software management
The salary range for this position is $146,300 - 215,000. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
