We are searching for a seasoned Senior RPA Developer with a minimum of 8 years in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development. The ideal candidate would possess a robust understanding of ServiceNow platform along with exposure on Web-based/SAP automation solutions. As a Senior RPA Developer, you will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes using SN Platform Capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Should be able to Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions leveraging ServiceNow platforms, web automation and SAP.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to comprehend process requirements and pinpoint automation opportunities.
• Develop automation workflows, scripts, and bots to automate repetitive tasks and refine business processes.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed automation solutions, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements.
• Stay abreast of emerging RPA technologies, tools, and best practices, offering recommendations for process optimization.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on RPA development, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with IT, operations, and business units to drive successful automation initiatives and deliver tangible business value.
• Document technical specifications, design documents, and standard operating procedures for automation solutions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in RPA development, having expertise in SAP and web automation, augmented by ServiceNow proficiency would be plus.
• Exposure on leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
• Strong programming skills in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or VBScript.
• Proficiency in web automation technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web services.
• Solid grasp of database concepts and SQL query language.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders across all organizational levels.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure on ServiceNow – Automation Engine (RPA Hub, Process Mining, DocIntel & Integrations)
• ServiceNOW CSA & CAD certification along with RPA certification(s)
