Our product touches the daily workflows of security teams, and decisions we make have a direct impact on how quickly threats get resolved.</p> <p>Join us and boost your career with hands-on AI experience.</p> <h3>The Role</h3> <p>As a Staff Software Engineer working on AI Triage, Investigation and Response, you will lead efforts to develop AI driven automations for Radiant customers.</p> <h3><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Integrate the LLMs against hundreds of external data sources (terabytes per customer).</li> <li>Scale out the data platform at all levels (ingest, search, storage, aggregation and reporting).</li> <li>Leverage retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to improve the consistency of AI outcomes and avoid duplicate inference.</li> <li>Improve our Agentic AI services as well as the platform they run on: <ul> <li>Empower our Cybersecurity experts and researchers by improving the platform.</li> <li>Automate on-boarding of new data sources, so they can been effortlessly integrated into the Agentic AI pipeline.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Prototype and evaluate new AI features including Incident Investigation and Automated Response</li> </ul> <h3>Things we’re looking for</h3> <ul> <li>An incredibly strong engineer with +8 years of experience building complex backend applications.</li> <li>Strong experience of distributed systems and techniques for building fault-tolerant, high-availability platforms.</li> <li>Experience with ML algorithms, Real-time Analytics or LLMs (AI experience not required)</li> <li>Ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done.</li> <li>A great communicator and team player.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>The process</strong></h3> <p>We’re a startup and we make decisions quickly.
