We are looking for a <strong>Staff Engineer</strong> to serve as a technical anchor for our Search Experience team, driving the architectural evolution of our highest-traffic consumer surfaces.</p> <h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2> <p>As a Staff Engineer, you won't just write code; you will define the technical standards for how we deliver search results at scale. You will balance hands-on development with high-level system design, ensuring our frontend and backend systems are resilient, performant, and SEO-dominant.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Architectural Leadership:</strong> Own the end-to-end architecture of our <strong>React/Next.js</strong> frontend and <strong>Node.js/GraphQL</strong> microservices.</li> <li><strong>Performance at Scale:</strong> Drive initiatives to optimize Core Web Vitals and SSR strategies. In a high-velocity environment, you ensure our SERP remains the fastest in the industry.</li> <li><strong>AI Strategy &amp; Governance:</strong> Lead the integration of AI coding assistants and LLMs into the SDLC.
