ABOUT THE JOB

 

Using our unique data insights that provide customers with visibility across sensitive data proliferation, threats against critical data, and ability to identify specific artifacts of cyber attacks in backups, Rubrik has partnered with a list of other security companies to deliver unique solutions and value to customers facing the evolving challenges of defending against and recover from cyberattacks. To build on these successes, we are looking for a professional with experience in and a passion for the cyber security space, partner integrations to help us build out our security technology partner ecosystem.

• In this role, you will work closely with technology partners to identify and prioritize differentiated use cases.
• Write requirements for product changes needed to support these integrations, as well as requirements for the integration itself if applicable.
• Work with our Rubrik X development team to prototype strategic integrations
• Build business cases around new integration ideas to help drive prioritization
• Work with our technology alliance team on go to market activities supporting these integrations
• Work closely with our field teams to enable them on the new integrations and support sales activities
• Keep up-to date on on the broader cybersecurity market and actively bringing new ideas for product integrations we can build
• Drive adoption of these integrations/joint products by working closely with a cross functional team of marketing, sales, GTM
• And of course talk to many of our customers to gather feedback, but also to identify pain points that Rubrik could address next together with our technology alliance partners.

 

ABOUT YOU

 

• You have 8+ years of overall work experience, at least 5 years in the cyber security space.
• Thorough knowledge of enterprise customer environments, especially security operations or comparable.
• You have expertise working with enterprise customers and products as a product manager, solutions architect, or comparable.
• Must have business acumen and ability to build business cases, communicate effectively with professionally done presentations and write-ups, influence others, and measure success.
• You have a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering. MBA is preferred, but not required

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US Pay Range$198,400—$297,600 USD
