As a Staff Product Designer who will work closely to build a ‘best in class’ consumer interface for an enterprise SaaS product. In this role, you will be a voice for the user in all relevant product and business discussions. You will be responsible for ensuring we are shipping a product that solves user problems in the most elegant & simple way, incrementally and iteratively.
What You'll Do:
- Shape how both technical and non-technical users build, test, and deploy Agentic AI workflows across enterprise systems
- Design the Agent Studio experience - Moveworks' enterprise platform for building automation and integrations
- Turn complex tasks into simple UI interactions to unlock productivity
- Lead and scope UX opportunities for the Agent AI space
- Work on developer tools in the Agent AI/automation platform space
Key Focus:
The role is specifically for Agent Studio, which is Moveworks' unified workspace where developers and teams build AI agents. This is a critical product that enables:
- Building agents for every domain (HR, IT, Finance, etc.)
- Designing and testing logic
- Creating integrations and automations
- Making enterprise AI accessible to builders
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 7 years+ of product/interaction design experience with enterprise UI/SaaS standards, as well as, Mobile standards
- Must have a portfolio of examples of interaction & visual design work
- Must have experience shipping Enterprise Admin experiences
- Must have experience leading other designers as a project lead
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in UX design, engineering design or cognitive science/human factors or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $166,500 - $291,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
