The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

Your new responsibilities

• Mainly responsible for system development of equipment integration controllers that connected between host and equipment in wafer fab using C# .Net.
• Responsible on operational support of Computer Integration System (CIM), Equipment Integration (EI) Controllers, Recipe Management System (RMS), Fault Detection System (FDC) & Scripting Automation.
• Identify problem, troubleshoot, analyze and provide solution according to problem management methodology.
• Working closely with application vendor for support and escalation.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SECS/GEM standards for 200mm and 300mm environment & messaging middleware.
• Provide 24x7 IT operational support on escalation when critical systems are down.
• Managing alert system monitoring and support on scripting execution using Poweshell.
• Continue to improve and enhance current developed solution to meet higher automation levels.

What we look for

• Master/bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, IT or equivalent with experience in implementing and sustaining FDC System in WaferFab.
• Having 3-5 years of working experience in Factory Automation, Equipment Integration, Equipment Automation or Manufacturing Execution fields.
• Working knowledge of SECS/GEM communication interface, Factory CIM systems, Equipment Integration and Oracle database.
• Familiarity with any SECS/GEM characterization tools such as FASTsim, openSIM Pro/Advance, SEC SIM Pro or tools of similar nature is mandatory.
• High proficiency in equipment connection through factory automation in 200mm and 300mm standard.
• Knowledge in SECS/GEM protocol and equipment connection with factory automation system.
• Good command of the English language and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of people is desirable.
