Staff Educator Responsibilities:

• As staff educator, you will provide training, orientation, and in-services to all staff members in the facility.
• You will organize and maintain all staff training records.
• You will provide staff education for all SMHRF guidelines.
• You will provide orientation programs for all new employees.

Requirements

Staff Educator Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Human Resources field
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with providing training, orientation, and/or in-services 
• Experience maintaining training records
• Knowledge of the nursing home industry
• SMHRF experience preferred
