Staff Audiologist (Full-Time)
Willow Valley Communities | Lancaster County, PA
Full-Time-40 hours/week-8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Friday (would consider Part-Time for the right candidate if necessary)
Wage : Salary $76,960-$81,120 annually ($37.00-$39.00/hour), based on experience

What You'll Do
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will:
Conduct Comprehensive Audiological Evaluations
- Perform hearing assessments including air and bone conduction testing, speech testing, tympanometry, and other diagnostic procedures as indicated.
- Complete computer-based pure tone air conduction screenings.
- Review results with patients and families and provide appropriate referrals when necessary.
Guide Patients Through Hearing Solutions
- Provide consultations for new and existing hearing aid users.
- Educate patients on hearing health and the important connection between hearing and cognitive wellness.
- Present personalized recommendations and help patients make informed decisions based on their unique needs and goals.
Hearing Aid Fittings & Follow-Up Care
- Conduct hearing aid fittings utilizing speech mapping verification.
- Monitor progress and outcomes through comprehensive follow-up care.
- Recommend additional products, services, and support as appropriate.
- Perform service and maintenance on hearing aids purchased both within and outside the practice, including over-the-counter devices.
Deliver Mobile & On-Site Services
- Provide hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings, hearing aid service, and cerumen management during scheduled healthcare rounds and on-site visits.
Support Practice Excellence
- Maintain certifications with third-party providers including Hearing Care Solutions, TruHearing, UHC/Epic, Amplifon, and others as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation, billing submissions, and record maintenance.
- Assist with equipment maintenance, calibration, inventory management, and supply ordering.
- Adhere to all professional standards and ethical guidelines established by the American Academy of Audiology.
Collaborate & Promote Hearing Health
- Partner closely with healthcare Team Members and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and professional development activities.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, educational presentations, community events, blogs, articles, and outreach programs that promote hearing health and audiology services.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate or degree in Audiology from an accredited college or university.
- Current Pennsylvania Audiology License.
- Minimum of 5 years of Audiology experience.
- Strong diagnostic and hearing aid fitting experience.
