Boeing Intelligence & Analytics is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our high-performing team.
- Manage daily accounts payable activities and ensure timely vendor payments
- Accurately enter invoices across multiple financial systems and databases
- Perform weekly check runs and maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and manual)
- Analyze and maintain general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Respond to vendor and internal team inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Lead assigned monthly close tasks in a collaborative company where your impact is visible and valued

Experience and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience
