As our Staff Accountant, you’ll play a vital role in:
📊 Financial Reporting & Analysis
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy and compliance.

🧾 Reconciliations & Recordings
– Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements to ensure consistency.

📅 Month-End & Year-End Close
– Help close the books with adjusting entries, accruals, and timely reporting.

📈 Insightful Analysis
– Analyze variances, trends, and provide actionable insights to management.

📦 Inventory Management
– Account for inventory accurately, including sales, cost of sales, and valuation.

💼 Vendor & Invoice Management
– Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance.

🤝 Collaboration Across Departments
– Support audits, process improvements, and cross-functional communication.

🔧 Continuous Improvement
– Recommend process efficiencies to improve accounting workflows.

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience

• Software Skills: ERP systems (NetSuite a plus); Advanced Excel required

• Key Strengths: Analytical, detail-oriented, strong problem-solver

• Communication: Clear, collaborative, and professional across departments

• Adaptability: Able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines

• Integrity: Maintains confidentiality and ethical standards
