What you'll do

 

  • As a web application front-end Developer, you will use create User Interface (UI) components.
  • This role requires experience writing asynchronous JavaScript for event driven web applications, and an understanding of current responsive design.
  • You must be able to translate UI mockups into production-ready HTML/CSS/JS. 

Qualifications

Technical Skills & Requirements

 

  • 5 yrs professional experience building web applications using JS, CSS and HTML.
  • 2+ yrs experience building large-scale SaaS or e-commerce products.
  • Experience using multiple frameworks (React, Angular “preferred” OR Backbone, Ember).
  • Experience in RXJS.
  • Familiar with Immutable JS.
  • Strong object-oriented design and software engineering capabilities using Typescript “ES5,ES5, ES2015”.
  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS including cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience using modern software development practices (Agile/scrum, CI).
  • Preferred enterprise implementation experience.

 

 

 

Desired Skills and Experience

 

  • Experience with the design and development of single-page web applications.
  • Knowledge of Bacon.js and Functional Reactive Programming.
  • Able to integrate with RESTful web services.
  • Familiar with build tools and preprocessors.
  • Practical knowledge of web page optimization techniques for fast page load times.
  • Good understanding of git.
