Sr Transformation Director

• Lead end-to-end transformation programs across multiple workstreams and functional areas
• Translate strategic objectives into structured program roadmaps, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
• Oversee Directors and Managers to ensure alignment, coordination, and delivery excellence
• Manage senior client stakeholders, maintaining alignment on priorities, timelines, and value realization
• Ensure achievement of milestones, deliverables, and financial and operational targets
• Establish governance structures, operating cadence, and performance tracking mechanisms
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks across program components and stakeholders
• Drive accountability across client and internal teams to achieve program objectives
• Lead development and delivery of executive-level communications, including steering committee updates
• Support business development through solution design, proposal input, and client engagement
• Ensure adherence to established methodologies, tools, and quality standards
• Mentor team members and actively contribute to talent development and succession planning

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
