• Write technical content focused on driving customer success and enablement
• Manage and evolve technical content writing guidelines, and playbooks for different formats and channels
• Generate innovative new approaches and methodologies for improving customer experience and the internal technical content processes
• Work in an Agile environment with frequent release cycles
• Collaborate with management to identify area of improvement and map out a strategy for success
• Work closely with non-traditional stakeholders and customers to augment content beyond standard development-centric documentation
• Mentor junior writers and assist in their professional development

What You Bring To Forescout   

• Seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience producing technical content
• Keen interest in the technology and tools used in technical content
• Words like Oxygen, GitHub, Zoomin, Camtasia, Schematron, storytelling, and customer success just match up different wrenches in your toolbox
• Verve for creating technical content that speaks to all level of users and solves problems they didn't know they had
• After agilely evading GANTT charts, you have got mad project management skills for supporting development and technical content activities
• Understand the importance and impact that cybersecurity has in all of our lives and are ready to put on the white hat
• Self-starter with excellent analytical and verbal communication skills
