In this role, you are embedded within the ADAS department as a Sr. ADAS and AD Technical Program Manager to collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams at Lucid Motors on tracking and bringing to completion of all phases of ADAS/AD feature development and release process. 

  

The Sr. ADAS and AD Technical Program Manager will help guide the internal ADAS teams as well as external suppliers in the development of ADAS and Autonomous Driving features for Lucid vehicles. 

  

This role is located on-site at Headquarters in Newark, Ca. 

​​Role and Responsibilities​ 

• Lead and track all phases of ADAS/AD feature development process from proof of concept to requirements definition, functional safety deliverables, software implementation, build process, verification and validation, defect triage, bug scrub, and release to customer 

• Collaborate with a wide range of cross functional and cross-organizational teams at Lucid Motors to define and track dependencies and getting alignment on program milestones and deliverables 

• Track functional safety deliverables as per ISO26262 including item definition, HARA, FSRs, TSRs, etc. 

• Create release timeline and capture dependencies within ADAS internal (Perception, Motion Planning & Control, Platform, Data, Maps, etc.), and ADAS external (InfoT, Controls, Chassis, etc.) teams, and external suppliers  

• Lead daily issue triage and bug scrub standup meetings to track all the bugs to closure 

• Contribute to the ADAS/AD roadmap, strategic planning, and production rollout planning 

• Report to Executive leadership on team progress towards milestones and articulate potential program risks and resources needed to mitigate the risks 

• Manage team budget and resources to ensure on-time delivery of work products and ADAS/AD vehicle features
