The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant plays a critical role in ensuring Concerto maintains appropriate staffing levels to support high-quality patient care. This role directly impacts clinic operations by partnering with clinical and operational leaders to fill essential positions quickly, compliantly, and thoughtfully in a competitive healthcare labor market.

 

What Will You Do?

Own and execute the full-cycle recruitment process for a high-volume requisition load (approximately 20–40+ open roles), with a strong focus on clinical and patient-facing positions across multiple locations
Partner closely with clinical, operations, and regional leaders to support staffing needs for sub-acute dialysis clinics, including proactive planning for growth, turnover, and backfill
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill clinical roles using job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and market intelligence
Serve as a consultative advisor to hiring managers by providing insight into labor market trends, candidate availability, and time-to-fill expectations
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with clinical leaders to ensure timely candidate movement
Manage offer processes and negotiations with awareness of healthcare compensation structures and urgency
Partner with HR, credentialing, and onboarding teams to ensure candidates meet licensure, certification, background, and compliance requirements
Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, requisition aging, and offer acceptance rates
Participate in weekly workforce planning and recruitment calls with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Operations leaders
Identify opportunities to improve and standardize recruiting processes and candidate experience
Train, mentor, and support junior recruiters, particularly around healthcare hiring workflows and best practices
Remain current on employment laws and healthcare-specific hiring regulations

 

Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000 base + commission

Compensation is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, healthcare recruiting background, geographic location, urgency of business need, and timeline to fill.

Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on healthcare and/or clinical hiring
Demonstrated experience managing a high requisition load (20–40+ open roles) in a multi-site environment
Proven success recruiting clinical and patient-facing roles, including navigating licensure, credentialing, and compliance requirements
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort partnering with senior leaders
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience recruiting in dialysis, nursing home, or post-acute care environments preferred
Multi-state or multi-facility healthcare recruiting experience preferred

 

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Primarily sedentary work performed in an office or remote environment
Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer
Occasional travel may be required based on business
