What You Will Do

• Supervises 1st and 2nd Shift employees
• Creates schedules and assignments for 1st and 2nd shift team
• Proficiency in salaried shipping clerk job functions to protect critical business functions
• Provides backup for shipping clerk functions in case of emergency
• Accountable for compliance with Sarbanes Oxley rules and requirements
• Supervises a team of support employees in day-to-day planning activities.
• Participates in establishing plans and maintaining data for purchased parts, subassemblies, end items and other parts as required.
• Develops the capacity management process, including identification of capacity gaps to ensure successful execution of customer demands in support of SIOP.
• Prepares the transportation and delivery of inter/intra-plant parts and outbound finished products.
• Participates in tracking inter/intra-plant work in process (WIP), promise dating, and may expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and flow.
• Monitors and Supervises tracking and shipping process.
• Participates in developing plans to minimize risks for short-term shortages and ensures successful customer delivery.
• Creates and executes a organization plan for every part and maintains storage for purchased parts, sub-assemblies, end items and other parts as required.
• Facilitates the capacity management process, including identification and escalation of long-term capacity gaps to ensure successful execution of customer demands.
• Monitors the transportation and delivery of inter/intra-plant parts and outbound finished products.
• Performs escalated expediting when required to ensure on time delivery of material.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here:  https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
