Sr. Software Developer (15+ years C# Experience Required)- Remote

Job Description: 
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Developer with over 15 years of expertise in C# and significant experience modernizing applications from .NET Framework to .NET Core. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for innovation, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. This role involves working on complex projects, driving modernization efforts, and ensuring the delivery of high-performance, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. This is fully remote core hours 11am EST-4:30pm EST.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and modernization of existing applications from .NET Framework to .NET Core.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using C# and .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing new tools and practices to improve development processes.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and strategic planning for future development and modernization initiatives.
