Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate and partner closely with sales management to manage operating expenses (OPEX), headcount, and the overall budget.
- Prepare and analyze monthly commissions calculations/accruals
- Conduct monthly commission account reconciliations and audit of key commission processes
- Create and manage sales performance metrics to track and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities while ensuring a high degree of accuracy
- Deliver financial reports supported by business insights.
- Integral member of the monthly financial close process
- Partner with key business stakeholders to achieve shared goals
- Embrace process improvements to help scale the business
- Provide insightful and actionable recommendations for effective, strategic decision-making through data analysis
- Ad hoc financial analysis/modeling
Qualifications
REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in high tech or similar industry.

Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Experience with large ERP systems.
- Knowledge of dash-boarding tools such as PowerBI or Tableau (highly preferred).
