Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Collaborate and partner closely with sales management to manage operating expenses (OPEX), headcount, and the overall budget.
• Prepare and analyze monthly commissions calculations/accruals 
• Conduct monthly commission account reconciliations and audit of key commission processes
• Create and manage sales performance metrics to track and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities while ensuring a high degree of accuracy
• Deliver financial reports supported by business insights.
• Integral member of the monthly financial close process
• Partner with key business stakeholders to achieve shared goals
• Embrace process improvements to help scale the business
• Provide insightful and actionable recommendations for effective, strategic decision-making through data analysis
• Ad hoc financial analysis/modeling

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in high tech or similar industry.

Technical Proficiency:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Experience with large ERP systems.
• Knowledge of dash-boarding tools such as PowerBI or Tableau (highly preferred).
