Sr. Research Staff Technician Job

The Sr. Lab Technician will provide lab testing support for assigned market segment/technology with accuracy, precision, and responsiveness.  Analyze results, make conclusions  and create effective reports with guidance from direct manager.  Job involves a working knowledge of adhesives and materials, execution compliant with good laboratory practices, and effective time management.  #LI-TJ1

Key Activities#LI-TJ1

• Preparation of adhesive samples using various methods - 20%
• Testing of adhesive candidate following various methods and work instructions - 50%
• Data record keeping, analysis, reporting and future planning - 15%
• Lab safety/ 5S/ lab, equipment, and supply maintenance/ instrument calibration - 15%

 

Work Experience / Education required

• Associates Degree in scientific field, Chemical Technology focus preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience working in a lab setting.
