.We are looking for a seasonal Sr. Recruiter I to join our team. Today. This individual will be slotted to work until December 2024, and has potential to be transition to full time.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the seasonal Sr. Recruiter I will lead the corporate sourcing and recruiting efforts for Concentrix's Technology, Marketing, HR and Finance organizations. This role will be involved in providing higher quality talent, sourcing strategies, authoring creative job ads and guidance on interviewing and selection best practices. This will also mean decreasing reliance on 3rd party search, identifying the right sourcing tools and ensuring greater visibility to our job openings.
You Will:
Know the Job & Market
- Understand the real needs of the jobs being supported (key performance deliverables, value prop, etc.)
- Does not rely on job descriptions
- Conduct effective requisition review meetings that establish sourcing plans and set expectations with hiring managers
- Knowledgeable about the cloud/technology industry, marketing, compensation, key players, trends & employment issues
Build Talent Pipelines of Passive & Active Candidates
- Build talent communities relevant to the roles and business group beings supported – Cloud Engineers, Software Developers, Architects and Director/VP level management
- Leverage basic sourcing tools and use a variety of other techniques (creative job ads, basic networking) to ID active candidates
- Actively network through referrals to obtain good active candidates
Manage the Process
- Manage multiple assignments (15-25 requisitions at any given time), using a variety of tools
- Use technology effectively; obtain needed resources to delivery results
Hiring Manager Satisfaction
- Conduct effective req review meetings that establish sourcing plans and set expectations with the hiring manager
- Meet recruiting deliverables (candidate quality, hire target dates, time to fill, HM satisfaction
- Become a trusted talent advisor for Technology, Marketing, Finance and HR leadership
Interviewing & Selection
- Lead assessments; help in identifying where candidates would best fit into the organization
- Build effective selection processes; effectively use tools to accurately assess talent
You Have:
- Strong track record of recruiting and placing technology talent within difficult-to-fill positions (individual contributor, senior manager, director and VP level searches)
- Aptitude and discipline for fully understanding the positions they are recruiting for (key deliverables, value proposition, team dynamics)
- Knowledgeable about national talent markets, compensation, key employers, trends & employment issues
- Exceptional ability to acquire top notch referrals and identify passive candidates
- Ability to influence both candidates and managers to reach the best job fit scenarios
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and to communicate with executive levels in the organization.
- Possess superior time management and prioritization skills.
- Disciplined, organized and flexible individual who has the ability to modify approach and style
- Has the ability to effect change where appropriate through taking a results-oriented approach to resolving business issues and has a high level of persistence to overcome challenges.
- An assertive, confident and sociable individual who seeks guidance and counsel when appropriate
- High volume experience preferred
