What You Will Do

• Ensure that customers receive conforming product on time through execution of processes. This includes training and supporting the team for all QMS, product, and customer quality roles.
• Develop and monitor team assignments for products and programs.
• Oversee root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances across all functions of the site.
• Drive continuous improvements through company standard processes
• Communicate to leadership non-conformances, metrics, and trends.
• Help train, coordinate, and participate in regular QMS process assessments, including internal and external audits to measure the health for all sites in the STS business.
• Review and maintain the documented STS QMS, applicable to multiple STS sites.

Qualifications You Must Have 

• Typically requires University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

 

Qualifications We Prefer

• Site Quality Leadership experience including staffing, training, and evaluation.
• QMS compliance management, including document management, audit coordination, participation, and finding resolution.
• Be proficient in SAP in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must be a dedicated and committed to providing a positive example, contributing to a positive culture, and completing work on schedule.
