Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely fulfillment of PCBA demand.

2. Plan mass production purchase orders based on forecast.

3. Maintain optimal control over PCBA inventory levels.

4. Manage CM production, purchase orders, and shipment schedules.

5. Execute SLM (Slow Moving) and E&O (Excess & Obsolete) inventory removal processes.

Qualifications:

1. 1. College graduate, over 8 years purchasing experience in IT filed for senior purchaser.

   2. Language Skill:  Good at read, Write, Listen and Speak in English

   3. Mathematical Skills:  Production management, Order fulfillment, Price Negotiation.

   4. Reasoning Ability: Good emotion control and communication capability.

   5. Need to be aggressive, positive, honest, high flexibility, and careful.

   6. Certificates: No concerns
